FAQ

REFUNDS:
- Once the order has been shipped, the responsibility for the success is passed to the chosen shipping method

- Each order is carefully checked and packaged to minimize the possibility of damage to the contents

- Therefore no refunds or replacements of the purchased items are possible if they arrive damaged

- It is POSSIBLE a substitution of the goods or good purchase if the damage is due to my mistake (I sent an article in place of another, missing an article to order, etc. ..); in this case it will be sufficient to send an email to roberta.pendola@gmail.com with a description of the problem and a photo of the proof. It will be my cure to remedy the mistake or returning the goods or making a voucher for the next purchase.

LOST ORDER:
As above, I am not responsible for the loss and loss of your orders; delivery times depend depending on the shipping method chosen:

PROCESSING TIMES OF THE ORDER:

ORDER CANCELLATION:

For logistical problems, unfortunately, once the order has been completed, it will not be possible to cancel it, so check well before confirming your shipping address!
